Deborah is a third generation San Diego resident, who is familiar with the various neighborhoods and communities throughout the county. She and her husband have been married over forty-five years and have three grown children, and two grandchildren. Deborah meets with the necessary pest control inspectors, physical inspectors, appraisers, and repair people, in order to stay on top of every situation. She regularly interacts with the escrow company, title company, and lender as well as the buyers and sellers.
